Our old mate Richard Keys is at it again
The wife of sports presenter Richard Keys has branded him a “pathological liar” after it was claimed that he has continued his affair with a woman 32-years his junior.

Mr Keys, 59, had last year pressured his wife Julia, into saying his affair with Lucie Rose, a 27-year-old lawyer and friend of his daughter Jemma, had never taken place.

But it has now emerged that he spent two nights with Miss Rose at a five-star hotel in West London last week, where the couple were photographed arm in arm.

After being shown photographs of the pair at the Hyatt Regency Hotel London - The Churchill, where they shared a meal at the hotel’s restaurant The Montagu, Julia Keys said: “‘I am utterly stunned. Last year he bullied me into making a public statement saying the affair did not take place.

“I did it for the sake of our family even though I knew he had been carrying on with her. After that he apologised and bought me roses and a teddy in an attempt to patch our marriage up.”

Mr Keys left Sky Sports in disgrace after making a series of sexist remarks to fellow presenter Jamie Redknapp about one of his former girlfriends and a female match official Sian Massey.

He went on to land a £420,000 a year tax free TV presenting job in Qatar, from where he flew to London on Tuesday morning.

Mrs Keys, who was not told by her husband that he was staying at the £400 a night hotel, told the Daily Mail: “He promised me that he would not see Lucie again. And this week he sent me texts saying he was categorically not with her and had no feelings for her any more. The irony is that when they were together in that hotel this week, I received a “love heart” in a text and a message which said, ‘I love you,’ from Richard. He wrote, ‘Please let me come home, I love you, I can’t live without you.’ He is a pathological liar.”
Mrs Keys, 57, who suffers from a rare thyroid cancer, filed for divorce on the grounds of adultery last summer at a British court.

When she then discovered that he was still seeing Miss Rose - despite travelling to Doha, where he works, in an attempt to patch up their marriage in the autumn - she arranged for her lawyers to send divorce papers to both of them again.

Mrs Keys, a psychotherapist, said: ‘When someone, after 34 years of marriage, can do this to his wife and still plead for her to take him back, it really does beggar belief as to who this man is because I don’t know him. I really don’t know who he is.’

Mrs Keys said her husband, with whom she has two children, had “completely run out of chances” and she would press ahead with the divorce.

When approached Mr Keys said: "It won't surprise you to hear I have nothing to say."

Re: Our old mate Richard Keys is at it again
I'm not sure Keys' opinion of the board is entirely impartial. After all, last time he slagged Brady off, she, in what was undoubtedly the highlight of her time at the club, outed him as a tarmacing and bondage enthusiast.

' I See that the relic, Richard Keys, let out for the day from the Natural History Museum, believes I shouldn't be writing this column.

We are living in an age in which if a woman wishes to tarmac roads, there is nothing to stop her. If Mr Keys thinks otherwise, he should dictate a note to his, no doubt, buxom secretary and I'll stop the cooking and cleaning to read it.

If I don't hear from him, I'll assume he is tied up reading the Kenny Dalglish column.'

I think was just saying it to be "edgy".

It's not like he's appeared on pretty much every single UK terrestrial channel presenting football, or was involved in one of the biggest football scandals that happened in 2011, is it?

Imagine being completely incompetent at your job like Bilic is, making fuck up after fuck up, and then having some buffoon who has quite a voice in the media saying that none of it is your fault. What a heap of shit.

You also had the clueless Cottee and Gale saying the same thing yesterday on SKY. Tony Cottee 'He's a good manager' Erh, no he's not, he's not at all. Tired of these idiots.

Re: Our old mate Richard Keys is at it again
I make Keys right in that our current plight is nothing at all to do with Bilic. The fact that we seem largely uncompetitive in a tactical and fitness way and that previously good players are underperforming is all due to our owners.

He's right about the owners but again he is speculating a relegation after his mate Allerdyce left.

Buffoon!

He has pretty much hit the nail on the head....

As much as the cunting Sullivan gets at times is bizarre to say the least he does seem to be a massive problem for the club, should take a leaf out of Golds book and back away a bit, let those paid to run the football side of the club do so.

Re: Our old mate Richard Keys is at it again
Richard Keys says he doesn’t blame Slaven Bilic for one minute for the current situation saying the board are the problem as they can’t stop meddling!

Keys wrote on richardajkeys.com “I know the best way to stir up a day of ‘trolling’ is to pass any kind of negative comment on Liverpool – or West Ham (wait for it, I’ll get round to them) but the facts tell their own story right now.

West Ham fans constantly told me that they’d be going ‘in a different direction’ after Big Sam. You know my feelings, despite having a huge amount of time for Slaven Bilic, I was never convinced. How wrong I was! They actually are going in a different direction, but not the one they’d predicted. The Champions League looks an awful way off right now.

I don’t blame Bilic for one minute. He’s done everything he could bearing in mind the cards he’s been dealt from the Boardroom and the Chief Exec’s office. The over-clever owners at West Ham can’t stop meddling. They are the problem. Bilic will likely get sacked way before the end of the season if things don’t improve and I’ll remind Hammers fans that every club Big Sam has left has eventually been relegated.”
